COMDEVPC inducted as UNESCO Club

The Community Development Program Council of the College of Liberal Arts, after attending and completing two workshops held at the Philippine Normal University and the Kimberly Hotel, Malate, was accredited by the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO) as a UNESCO Club, and the first Program Council in DLSU-D to be inducted into the National Association of UNESCO Clubs in the Philippines (NAUCP), Inc. last June 12, 2012.
NAUCP is a national, non-stock, non-profit, non-sectarian association of all accredited UNESCO Clubs in the Philippines.
NAUCP is one of the leading professional organizations working on UNESCO’s ideals, mission and programs in the Philippines. The COMDEV Program Council decided to join NAUCP in order to become part of the network of various groups/organizations collaborating on programs, projects and activities related to community, environment and leadership training of different stakeholders in the Philippine society.
