Five offices of DLSU-D are now ISO certified.
After a thorough assessment by TUV Rheinland, the offices have been certified for ISO 9001:2008 Management System.
This means that the units have been proven to adhere to standards set by the International Organization for Standardization which crafted world class specifications for industries ranging from technology, food safety, agriculture, health care and education.
Among the offices certified were Aklatang Emilio Aguinaldo - Information Resource Center formerly known as Aklatang Emilio Aguinaldo and the Center for Innovative Learning Programs, which has integrated the functions of two former offices – the Educational Technology Center and the Academy for Continuous Education Professional and Personal Advancement Unit.
Also certified were the Center for Student Admissions, formerly the Student Admissions Office and Student Scholarship Office; the Language Learning Center which now falls under the Languages and Literature Department and the Office of the University Registrar which is under the Office of the Vice Chancellor for Academics and Research.
