ICT Week features #Dream #Develop #Deploy theme

The Information and Communications Technology Center (ICTC) is once again holding its ICT Week festivities, this time focusing on DLSU-D High School students.
Ang Tagisaysayan 2015 ay magsisilbing Tagisan ng Talino sa Lokal na Kasaysayan ng Cavite.
Ang palatuntunan ay pangungunahan nila Gng. Josephine L. Cruz, tseyr ng Kagawarang ng Agham Panlipunan na magbibigay ng paunang pananalita. Si G. Aquino I. Garcia naman ang magsisilbing emcee at si G. Jeffrey A. Lubang ang magsisilbing kwiz master.With the theme #Dream #Develop # Deploy: Integrating green ideas to create sustainable IT solutions, the Center seeks to encourage young minds to promote and practice green habits while inspiring them to develop ideas for innovative solutions in preparation for future world challenges, especially in the face of technological advancements.
The event which will be held February 5-7, 2015 will kick off with the launching of the new myDLSUD portal. The Center’s advocacy on E-Waste management, Project ICON (ICT Creates Opportunities for Nature) will also be introduced to the high schoolers.
On the second day, Microsoft Office 365 will be launched to introduce the unique features that can be beneficial for both the students and the faculty of DLSU-D High.
Event sponsors Microsoft and ACER will also hold a two-day exhibit, as well as service training for their products to aid new users.
Students are enjoined to bring their devices and visit the Microsoft booth on February 5-6, 2015 located at the HS Covered Court to download and activate their FREE Office 365 Pro Plus. Participants can download and install up to five devices, including Windows, Apple, and Android devices.
Microsoft is also giving away a Cherry Alpha Morph 10' Tablet, Cherry Alpha Luxe Phone, Microsoft merchandises including Microsoft jacket or lanyard.
As part of the ICT Week’s culminating activity, Team ICON will travel to Lian, Batangas to conduct a tree planting activity in partnership with the ERMAC.
