Lasallians win big in National Criminology Students Congress

Lasallian pride shone bright during the recent 3rd National Criminology Students Congress held from August 19–21 at the Capitol University in Cagayan de Oro City.

The event, organized by the Professional Criminologists Association of the Philippines Inc. had the theme “Shaping Criminology Students for a Better Future” and invited Criminology students from all over the country to participate.

The delegation from De La Salle University-Dasmarinas brought honors to the university as the team of Jonathan H. Mojares and Ivan Jerome D. Genoza bagged second place for the Quiz Bee. Merie Klare A. Valdez was declared the champion of the extemporaneous speech category while Ralph Laurence C. Pesigan placed first in the Research Paper Presentation.

June Rose B. Cortez also placed first in the Marksmanship competition while Jonathan H. Mojares was one of those selected to receive the Outstanding Student Awards.
